Battle Clasp (LIANG-HSIANG-HSIEN) for the China Commemorative Coin
The Battle Clasp (Liang-Hsiang-Hsien) for the China Commemorative Coin was a special award given to soldiers who took part in the fighting in the area around Liang-Hsiang-Hsien (also known as Lianxiangxian) during the China Expedition (1900-1901). This award was part of the colonial war medals of the German Empire, which was militarily engaged in China at the time.
