Hanseatic Cross Lübeck
The Hanseatic Cross Lübeck is a military award that was introduced by the Free and Hanseatic City of Lübeck in the First World War. Like the Hanseatic Cross of Hamburg and Bremen, it was awarded to soldiers, officers and civilians who distinguished themselves through special merit and bravery during the First World War. The cross was a regional badge of honor and a symbol of the contribution of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck in the war.
